FAQ
Who should apply?
No prior teaching credential is required. Applicants should have at least six months of consistent Pilates practice and be ready for a rigorous, feedback-rich learning environment.
How does admission work?
Submit the online application first. Selected applicants move to a conversation and movement assessment. Only accepted applicants can enroll.
What does the program cost?
Tuition is **$5,500**: a **non-refundable $1,000 deposit** followed by a **$4,500 balance due 30 days before the first required session**.
When does the next cohort meet?
The next comprehensive training begins **September 25, 2026**, includes **500 hours**, and meets across six intensive in-studio weekends. Between seminars, trainees maintain a weekly pace of **10–15 hours** across observation, self-practice, classes, and practice teaching. All seminars, exams, observation, practice teaching, and review meetings are completed in person. Cohort review meetings are mandatory; a missed meeting or seminar requires a make-up with the cohort and a Program Director before the next practical test gate.
What credential will I receive?
Graduates who complete all Program requirements receive **The Sol Room Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Certificate of Completion**. This is a Sol Room credential; it is not represented as third-party accreditation or automatic eligibility for an independent certification exam.
